This was made for Thomas Smith in 1813. (We LOVE when we don't have to guess the date!) It consists of two pieces; a tobacco jar with cover, and the cover also is a candlestick so that Mr. Smith wouldn't have to look too far for a match (or spill).

The overall height is ¾".

Restoration to the bobeche of the candlestick, and nowhere else.
