This charming pearlware dog lies happily on a bright green and blue enamel plinth. It was made in the Staffordshire region of England around 1820.

It measures 6 1/4" long x 2 3/8" wide and is 4" tall. There has been some damage to the dog's nose, but it is back in place, although not professionally restored.
