This early (circa 1760-70) coffeepot has what is commonly referred to as a Whieldon glaze. This example is attributed to the Rothwell pottery in Yorkshire. It stands just over 11" tall. There has been some restoration to the cover, the spout, and the upper rim of the pot. |
