The two ladies having tea are identified as Mrs. Katherine Starr and Miss Elizabeth Starr, "Cut by M. Andrews, 1826, Washington D.C." We have not been able to identify the silhouette artist, and assume that M. Andrews was a very deft amateur. Overall measurements are 13" wide by 11" tall. |
